Está com demo até dia 13 agora liberado para testarem (PC/PS4/Xone). Testei aqui, impressões. Vai o que postei na Steam em inglês mesmo.
store.steampowered.com/app/1371690/GRAVEN/The bad:
- Magic. Animations are cool, it was possible the main selling point of the game for me at first, but it drains so quick that I nearly didn't used it aside from at some mandatory points. This was the worst point of the demo for me, as I was expecting to use more magic than weapons and had to rely more on weapons for combat. Mainly used the staff, though later the crossbow and the other long-range weapon were useful. But I wanted to be casting spells more. No mana regeneration and having to rely on encountering potions on the sceneries is something I really disliked about the magic system.
- Quests given too rough: a little more details on the objectives would be welcome. I think on the final game there will be a map (there's a key for map, didn't found any in the demo at least). Map will help a little on navigation, but the npcs could speak a little more objectively and detailing more the problems to solve.
- Getting stuck on some objects on the scenery. Partially my fault at some points, but sometimes I felt that objects placement was not good, as getting stuck fighting the boss was not a good thing.
The good:
+ The atmosphere and presentation was really good, with the opening, music, voice acting, all contributed to creating the atmosphere.
+ Simple, old-school fun combat. The player having stamina was a good thing.
+ Exploration: it seems a game that will be fun to explore every corner the maps. Linked locations are a good thing too.
+ The performance was acceptable (I had lower shadows from ultra to mid and anti-alising from ultra to high). Got stable 30 FPS (fine by me) playing on a i5 2500K, an old GTX 550 TI and 12GB Ram. The lighthouse litting though dropped a lot the FPS (was not monitoring at the time however).
