The latest issue of Weekly Famitsu has new details on World’s Longest 5 Minutes, Nippon Ichi Software’s upcoming Syupro-DX-developed RPG for PS Vita.
Although facing against the Demon King with his party, the hero of World’s Longest 5 Minutes suddenly loses all of his memories. While driven into a defensive battle, the hero must regain his memories up until then by talking to his allies and the Demon King. But how will the the world’s longest five-minute battle come to a close?
Let’s meet the characters:
Back Flashback – The hero. He loses all of his memories when he challenges the Demon King.
Regent Nightfever – A minstrel who delivers music all over the world. As you might expect, he is blooming with magical ability.
Yostuba Shirotsumekusa – A shy, but kind monk.
Yuzu Nanakorobi – A clumsy, but cheerful martial artist.
World’s Longest 5 Minutes progresses in Adventure and RPG parts:
Adventure Parts – Make choices and take back your memories during the fight with the Demon King. These lead into RPG parts…
RPG Parts – Start with a flashback scene, from which an event is triggered. The result influences the hero’s abilities and equipment. There also seems to be a system that beautifies your memories.
World’s Longest 5 Minutes is due out for PS Vita in Japan on July 28 for 4,298 yen via retail or 3,086 yen via download. A limited edition including a Syupro-DX Legacy Title soundtrack CD, proposal, creation materials, and daily calendar will be available for 6,458 yen.
Famitsu has gone up with a new online preview of World’s Longest 5 Minutes following a preview in this week’s edition of its magazine, providing our first direct-feed look at the Syupro-DX-developed Nippon Ichi Software game.
World’s Longest 5 Minutes starts at the final battle with the Demon King, just before which the hero forgets all the memories of his adventure thus far. While the game depicts a five-minute battle with the Demon King, the game itself is not actually five minutes long. Conversations with your allies will manifest during the fight with the Demon King, through which you’ll recollect the memories of your adventure. Because these flashback scenes are inserted everywhere, the final battle against the Demon King becomes known as the “World’s Longest 5 Minutes.” That said, while this has the appearance of a classic RPG, it is actually an adventure game.
Originally developed by Nippon Ichi Software and SYUPRO-DX and releasing today for the PS Vita in Japan, The Longest Five Minutes will take you inside the mind of a hero during his final encounter with an epic and evil Overlord. As the story unfolds, the conversations you have with your party and the Overlord will unlock memories of the hero’s journey. Each memory plays out in classic 8-bit RPG style, and the outcome of those memories affect your party in their final battle.
Our hero faces the origin of all evil, the Overlord himself, but suddenly loses all memories of his adventure.
His finishing moves, the name of his hometown, and even the reason he’s trying to defeat the Overlord in the first place, all gone. Our hero feels as though he’s letting his allies down…
In the midst of battle, his allies’ words and the Overlord’s taunting triggers flashbacks, bringing his memories back piece by piece. Our hero tries to regain his priceless memories before it’s too late, but the Overlord stands before him, his power unyielding! What can happen in The Longest Five Minutes!?

luxetumbra: Ixi, fonte ideal é comprar Corsair, OCZ (alguns modelos). Corsair é a melhor custo x benefício. A minha antiga era uma OCZ 400W SxS. Troquei por uma Corsair CX500. Zallman tem fontes boas também mas custam muito mais caro que similares da Corsair.
